Tilly came from the Cats protection when she was a kitten. She had just had her leg amputated due to the umbilical cord being wrapped around it (and killing it) when she was in the womb. She was very playful and I immediately wanted her.

Tilly is always at home. She is there when I wake and there when I get home from work, to greet me at the door. She follows me round the house whilst I get ready for work and lies on the bathmat until I am out of the shower so that we can have a cuddle! This is our routine every day.

The last time I saw her was the evening of the 6th March, I had fallen asleep on the sofa and woke up cuddling her. I then went to bed. When I got up the next day she wasn't in the house, which was unusual. She didn't return all day and I haven't seen her since.

I have spoken to neighbours who saw her on the evening of the 7th. I don't think she would go into someone elses house as I have 2 other cats who often go to my neighbours house and eat if I'm not in. In the 3 1/2 years that I've lived there, my neighbours say that Tilly has never gone in and won't go to them. I know that if someone who she didn't know tried to pick her up, she would probably be a bit stroppy with them!

Even though I have two other cats, she isn't that interested in them.   They play together and she stays with me. Having said that, my other cat 'Eddie' has slept on my bed every night since Tilly went.

I know that she wouldn't just go off of her own accord as she is too needy with me and follows me everywhere.
I really hope you can help me, I just want her back.
