Ive had Stars since he was a kitten and he is now 11 years old
and i havent seen him since he went missing on Friday 17th November 2006.

I returned home from work and havent seen him since. He loves sleeping in my bed, cuddles and sleeping and being around my feet all the time, oh and eating alot!

He is getting a bit old now, but is still a bit nutty and runs around sometimes having short bursts of energy and plays with toys/my other 3 cats etc. I have a catflap so he can come and go as he pleases, but he never usually left the house for more than about half-hour without remembering it was time for him to sleep again (or eat) so came back in.

I have three other younger cats and Stars was the "head of the household" and the other 3 are missing him greatly - and so am I. The night he went missing i searched in the dark into the early hours around my estate in the wind and rain. After not being able to find him that weekend I then had 2weeks off work with stress as the feeling of having something you love having to fend for himself is very distressing.

I have advertised in local papers, vets, put up 100s of posters on every other tree, telephone box, bus stop, local shops, train stations etc and i look for him in the morning before i get to work and in the evening for about an hours at a time - 7pm, 9pm then 11pm before i go to bed. Ive also delivered door-to-door 100s of flyers thru roads north, south, east, west of my estate (about 5 roads deep) took me and my mum 3days non-stop to do all that. I have had lots of possible sightings and people have been brilliant giving me lots of tips and ive checked garages, annoyed the Council to check their sheds etc... but unfortunately all to no avail.. he is still missing.

"Christmas and "life" for me has all gone "on hold" at the moment, even sitting down watching tv makes me feel guilty and altho i am
usually a very happy and bubbly person, i feel empty without him and dont think i'll smile again at this rate until he returns.
If you see him in the Woodford (E18) or surrounding areas,
