Since the articles appeared in the Citizen and Gazette Newspapers, I think it only fair to inform everyone that the then owners were due to retire before the end of October 2004. Westway now have new owners and a far stricter policy regarding the collection of pets.
Apart from the last incident Tilly was always treated well at Westway and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.
