Sadly George our very friendly family cat went missing the night of the 26th September 2011. He often liked to sleep most of the day & go out in the evening.  Usually he would come back & has never been away for more than 12 hrs before this date.  He would never wear a collar, but he is micro-chipped.

I acquired him when a patient on the ward I work on had kittens & I was interested in a British Shorthair, It was evident as George grew he was never gonna be a full BSH as he had all the colourings just not the big stocky build as you would associate with this breed. He looks very similar to the russian blue on the sheeba advert currently on tv.

We are all missing him so much he was a well loved cat by all the family, especially my 3 &6year old, who he used to follow around everywhere.  We feeling a huge void by his absence & nothing would make us happier than his return.

He is only a young cat & as I say, he's so friendly. He's never been poorly or needed any vet treatment. I worry he's too friendly & either been taken away or taken in by someone who thinks he's a stray. There's also my 2 dogs & another cat who are missing their playmate.

George is our very friendly family cat who we are all missing so
much.  Last seen 26th Sept 2011 in the Earnshaw Bridge area in Leyland.  He's a beautiful natured cat & brillant with children. 
He's a big part of our family thats missing & would love him to return or be returned.
