Jessie was staying with my parents, she has stayed since she
was a kitten at the house, on and off with myself or alone. There is an older cat there which she is fond of. My father fed both cats at 8pm on the 31st August 2007, he thought both cats were in the house at 11pm, but Jessie was outside. he closed the window which was her means of access back into the house and she did not return in the morning. She normally goes in and out of the house via the window at night, but couldnt do this on this ocassion as the window was closed. We have not seen her since. She lives most of the time with me two and a half miles away and travels to my parents by car , she doesnt use a cat box as is car trained and prefers to look at of the window, standing up on her hind legs. |

"Jessie is a short haired black moggy, was hand-reared by me, as
her mum died at birth and was given to me by neighbours. She is loveable and likes to meow talk, but is wary of all humans apart from close family and friends. She cries a lot as communication, but will not go to strangers and will spit if she doesnt know you. If she knows you, she is quite friendly. She likes ham and cat treats occassionally and responds to fridge doors and packets being opened as she associates this with food. She likes to suck fluffy cushions and material nd loves scratching posts. When happy she will lie down and roll over, it doesnt matter where she is. She runs with her tail in the air when happy and jumps sideways. When frightened she runs lowly and cries." |
