Elf has a sister named Sassy and they have been getting on really well, we got them both from the rspca about 16 months ago.

Elf had had problems with spraying in the house which we were working on and he has stopped in the last month so we thought he was going ok, we think he was mourning for a cat friend that had recently died.

He is a timid cat but he makes the cutest cat noises and an unusual meow that goes quite high and low pitched quickly.

He likes being outside, but is never out of the house for longer than a couple of hours. Although he is quite inquisitive, he also likes to be in the saftey of home.

We fed him as usual on Tuesday 6th march in the evening. we have a cat flap that is chipped, but it has not been working because of sassys batteries, so it has been open. He went out after dinner as usual, but when we went down to feed them in the morning, elf wasn't there, which was very strange.

So we waited until that evening and started putting out posters and hope that people will be generous and check their outbuildings, although its a yard area rather than garden so there isn't much of them. But hopefully that will make a difference.

"We have done everything we can think of to get our little elf back, and we miss him so much. So does his sister Sassy. We want him back so badly because he is part of our little family and he's the glue that holds us all together. We hope this site can help us to get him back home. I read the stories of cats coming home after 7 weeks in much hope that Elf might still come home."
