The area which Emily was living is very rural, with one main road in the area, an orchard across the road from the cottage.

Emily is a friendly, loving cat. She was staying with friends in Knapton after I had to leave the UK abruptly and go back to the states. I was making arrangements to have her shipped back to the States when she went missing. My heart is absolutely broken.

Emily had been pretty happy there until the Family where she was staying
brought a new dog into the Family and this dog was not very friendly at all. Emily ran off once and was found in the nearby Village, having been taken in by a well meaning person. Emily was returned home and ran off yet again a few days later, I think a door or a window was left open. I am trying to do everything I can from here to find her, but it's very
difficult.

Emily loves tuna, and loves to sit in the sun or warm places. She dislikes the cold. She's much rather curl up in your lap or in front of the fire or on a nice warm blanket. She does manage to get along with the other pets in the household. I fear

Emily is very fun loving, friendly, and likes to sleep at night with humans. She has the habit of waking you up at 4 or 5 am by biting your nose and purring in your face. She is a snuggly little thing and very loving. I miss her desperately.
