Simeon is a very handsome and very friendly cat albeit a bit daft. I got him as a 'rescue' cat nearly 6 years ago. One lady told me he is a pedigree - a British Blue - but I am not so sure. To me he is just Simeon. He loves being close to people. He loves to nuzzle. He likes going out, and sometimes likes to stay out all night, but generally food and a comfortable bed - mine - overcomes all. I have one other cat, a female, who is about one year older than Simeon, and very nervous. They are not bossom pals but have been known to clean each other as well as beat each other up. She is distraught. Constantly looking for him, she lies in spots where she can have one eye on the back door. We moved to this area over a year ago from South London and there have been no problems. Simeon is very healthy. Only goes to the vet for his annual jabs (last time June 06). There is not cat flap into the house because of patio doors which are left open when I am in. There is a cat flap to the garage where there are beds, food and water. Simeon likes it in the garage even at times when the house is open.
I last saw him at 10.30 pm on Weds, 30 August when he sat on the arm of the settee and nuzzled my ear. He then went out and did not come in for food as usual when I got up at 6.30 am. I knew by that evening that he was missing.
"I am desperate to have Simeon back. He is my friend. My other cat is also finding it rather lonely without him that I am becoming worried about her she misses him terribly. Simeon is a very handsome, friendly and much loved cat. The house is just not home without him. "
