Mimi came to live with us 3 years ago. We got her from the RSPCA who'd found her & her brother abandoned when they were a few days old.She was my son's 18th birthday present. She grew from a tiny little scrap of a
kitten to the most beautiful furry princess of a cat with the fluffiest tummy in the whole cat world.

Mimi went out to play at 6 o'clock on Monday night. She'd been in all day catching up with her sleep cuddled up to Jim, my house rabbit, who's her best friend. I also have a lovely tabby boy cat called Rocky. I'm a bit daft about the two of them, they're like my babies now my sons have left home. When my sons come home to visit I suspect it's as much to see the cats as their Mum, we're all daft about them.

I went off to Weightwatchers for a couple of hours on Monday evening. No sign of Meems when I got home but that's not unusual. She usually comes home via my bedroom window when she wants a cuddle and
sleep.Sometimes she brings me presents - recently a bat who's mother also came in! Luckily they eventually flew out the window.

By Tuesday morning I hadn't seen her and I felt uneasy.I had to go to work but by the time I got home and she wasn't waiting for me I know she'd
disappeared. The best thing about coming home from work is seeing Rocky & Mimi waiting for me at the top of the steps when I pull up in the car. It's such a lovely welcome even though I suspect it's because they're ready for their next feed but I like to think it's because they love me.We then spend time having cuddles and catching up on the day.

She loves people and every day she sits on our garden wall when the children are going too and from school, lots of them stop to talk to her and she appreciates their strokes. She often sits in the tree outside the house watching the world go by.

She's never gone away for more than a few hours at a time before.I'm doing everything that i can think of to try and find her. I'm disabled but my son and his friends have scoured the neighbourhood looking and calling
her. I've put up posters in shops and stood and handed them out. I spend hours sitting on my back step calling her. We all miss her so very very much.Rocky is by my side all the time.Jim rabbit is lost without her to groom and cuddle.

"Please please help me to find Mimi. It's so horrible not knowing where she is. I know this sounds soppy but I want my baby home where she belongs, I don't want to believe I'll never see her little face again.
Thank you for reading this.
Good luck to anyone in the same situation I hope your cat comes home too.
