Nelson Last seen 14/04/06 around 10am.
We are afraid that he may have got on to a van parked on neighbours drive, which then went on to Cookridge in Leeds LS16 Clayton in Bradford BD1 and Armitage Road area of Halifax HX Our neighbour was having his loft insulated and the van was parked on the drive with a ramp leading up to lots of rolls of insulation, it is possible that Nelson may have jumped onto the van, although the driver does say he did not see him.

| Nelson is a timid cat when it comes to strangers, he is very much a home boy and wherever we are he is. He is very fond of our young daughters who are missing him terribly and is very patient and gentle with them despite their sometimes robust affection. He never strays far from home and is usually found in our home or garden which is why his disappearance is such a mystery. |

We have Nelson's brother Harry, who is very distressed by Nelson's disappearance, they were rescued together at aged 3 months and have a very close relationship. Harry is spending alot of time sitting in all of Nelson's favourite spots and mewing. He is also hanging around inside a lot more than usual waiting for Nelson to come home. |

| Whether Nelson has hitched a lift to one of those locations mentioned above - remains to be seen. In the meantime we have to assume that he is closeby, maybe trapped or frightened away - perhaps by the commotion going on next door. Could everyone in the area of Leadhall Avenue, Harrogate, Please help Nelson's humans by Searching Outbuildings thoroughly and by keeping a sharp lookout for him. | |||
