Buster

Buster was last seen early morning on Friday 7th October.
He lives in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. He is two years old, neutered and microchipped. He does not wear a collar.

He is a Maine Coon pedigree, brown tabby, with a distinctive squirrel-like bushy tail, and ruff and britches - typical Maine Coon. He is rather on the small side for a Maine Coon, however.
He is nervous of strangers, and will not approach people willingly, although he
is affectionate with his owners. He also seems to tolerate other cats well.

He and his two companions spend night time indoors, and are allowed out only
during daylight hours. He has a large garden with a river at the end, and the area is semi-rural, with farmland and woods nearby. He enjoys being outdoors, but always returns each night when called.

For about a couple of weeks before he disappeared, he would often spend up to 14 hours or so hunting mice and birds. He is an excellent hunter and has brought
us many "gifts". On the evening of the 7th October, I was not unduly worried, as I assumed he would come in shortly, as he had done on the evenings before.
He would also return very hungry - clearly he was not being fed elsewhere.
However, he did not return that night. He has never spent a whole night outdoors. I immediately knew something had happened, as this was completely out
of character.

His owners are extremely worried about him, and there is a   Substantial Reward
for his safe return. If anyone thinks they have seen him, please call 01628 524922

It would also be appreciated if all residents in the area would keep a close watch on all Outbuildings in case Buster has been trapped.
