Smokey
left our house Thursday 8th September about 10.45pm. He is more of a house cat and only goes out when my husband or I are around . It had been quite noisy earlier in the evening so my husband had kept him in as he gets quite scared. So I let him out later on when it was quiet. Unusually he was quite keen to get outside. I haven't seen hide nor hair of him since. So much of a house cat he goes out for a wander but still uses the litter tray when he gets back!

He doesn't normally go more than two gardens either side of us so this is really weird.
We live next to a passage and he does sometimes wander up the passage to the road but I have never seen him cross the road myself in 6 years. Out the back we have bisected gardens with accessways and he used to go behind the shed to the gardens that run behind us but I haven't even seen him do that lately. I have been told there is a vicious cat on the road and I have seen him about just lately - ever since Smokey disappeared. He lives the other side of the road and never used to come down our passage to our gardens before!! So I am wondering if he has been chased off and is too scared to come back.
I am devastated, distraught and feel so helpless.
I walk the streets every morning and evening getting hardly any sleep
He is the only cat we have.
Would everyone in the vicinity of Rosebery Road and surrounding areas, Please help Smokey by Keeping a lookout for him, checking Garages and Sheds in case he is trapped.
