If a stray cat moves in with you, please get him scanned for a microchip - register with MyMoggy.com sending photo's, put an advert in your local paper for 2wks ( free of charge in a lot of papers ) and 'Found' posters in local shops and neighbouring streets , also register with local rescues and vets and wait for a reasonable length of time before adopting - it could save much heartache in the long run.
