Millie is a very confident and sociable cat. She enjoys going outside and often goes to see the neighbours and passers by. She will go inside people's houses/cars if the door is left open but will come back out again! All was well with Millie before she went missing. She went out on Saturday morning as she always did. As I don't have a catflap I only let the cats out when I am home, so weekends or evenings. Millie has 2 companions at home, Freddy and Zepher, both boys. They all go out (and all went out that Saturday) but only Freddy and Zepher returned. They have both been very withdrawn since she disappeared. They go outside but don't stray very far. The day Millie disappeared the weather wasn't great. It was drizzling so I didn't expect them to be out long. The other 2 came home quite soon but Millie stayed out. The time ticked on and by the evening it was very dark and raining hard. We went out to look for her but when there was no sign we thought she might be sheltering somewhere. She had stayed out overnight before so we thought she'd be back during the night. We left a window open so she could get in but there was no sign of her when we got up. Ever since we have been pounding the streets. I have now made a water proof shelter in the garden in case Millie comes back herself.
