"
I miss my Elvis so very much.
M
uch missed are his little songs at the window when he wanted to come in, and his beautiful presence in our lives.. ."

Elvis is a very talkative handsome cat. he got on well with all
our other cats and dogs. we recently took on some kittens, which he hadnt really gelled with, but he never hissed or growled, just gave them space, and slept happily out of their reach.

Previous to that, in previous years we took on 3 adult cats, and it didnt bother him. i do however worry that the kittens "drove" him out.

We tried our best to make him feel more loved, and if anything he got more petting and attention from the arrival of the kittens.

He normally stayed in our back yard when outside, or our neighbours, and was never far from home. if you went out and called him he would be with you in seconds.

He is shy around strangers, and never went near the road. our neighbours sort of "share" our cats (we have 8 others including 3 kittens) and even they could never get close enough to stroke him.

He is a very affectionate lovable boy though. He used to sleep on top of my 1st boxer when she was alive. He is very close to caity, a little tabby female, who arrived as a kitten around the same time as he did.
Caity is out of sorts since he has gone. and i feel certainly does miss him.
