Got a call around 10pm last night from a girl who said she had just nearly knocked him over, wasn't far from my house at all! so went down, she was still looking for him when i got there, but it took until 12pm before he finally showed his face. Had him at the vets this morning just for a check over and hes fine.

Dear reader, this is to all that help me on my way to find my missing cat MAX (fulwood preston)
thank you so much for your help and support with my missing cat MAX.
GOOD NEWS and thank god I found him today with some support from local residential home at sherwood, they informed me he had been around the area, and i managed to find him this very morning.
as soon as i found him in the woods i could tell he was disorientated and meowing franticly as he approached me; he recognised my call but was still cautious, but he came to me all the same.
Me and MAX are soaked to the bone with the rain this morning, but now at home, safe and sound, snuggled once more on the sofa in complete bliss.
I feel very lucky to have MAX in my arms again and that he is healthy and safe, he has lost a bit of weight and exhausted, but he is safe and sound and home at last...so its is off to the vets this week, or, at least once he has settled a bit.
Thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart, it has been the worst 2weeks i can recall ever... and feel like xmas and birthdays all at once today!
it means so much just to see him again, hear him purr and watch him sleep, and i am truly grateful for all the support advice and sincere care i have received from all that i have contacted.

( vet says he was probably neutered late in life.) Stocky build. Large paws. Only 4 teeth, so dribbles !

He was very much loved by us and we were more than happy to have been able to give him a home for the time he was with us.

Hi Sue,
Thankfully Muffin's owner saw one of my posters yesterday and phoned me, she's just phoned me now today, unfortunately Muff develped pelvic problems last week and they had to put him to sleep.
When I last saw him he was cuddled up warm, cosy and on painkillers so he did have a comfortable last two weeks bless him.
Thanks for all your advice and help, if I come across any more strays I'll be in touch ha ha!
